ELANOÉL offers recurring delivery for essential oils and refill packs.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Billing

• Your card will be charged automatically on the schedule you select (monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months)*

• You will receive an email 3 days before renewal
  

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through the Customer Portal or by emailing support@emailll.

Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Subscription Modifications

You may at any time:

• Skip a shipment

• Change delivery frequency

• Swap products

• Update payment method

Refunds for Subscriptions

Because subscription items are pre-scheduled and prepared in advance, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.

However, if the package arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
